Attentive staff and handy location close to the Tram stop which goes to the daily market

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the well-organised apartment with balconies. A safe box, a sofa bed, and central heating were a nice touch.

This place is conveniently located near the city center, with well-trained and excellent staff and I booked a wheelchair accessible room with a balcony and dishwasher which I really liked.

Literally a10 minute pleasant downhill walk to port. Very clean ans safe area of marseille.. Also very quiet location in comparison to a port side hotel where it is very noisy.

One very small gripe. I needed to print our return boarding card for flight home and hotel staff were reluctant to do it. Felt that it would have been a small service to us and could have saved us a lot of time .

It was great to have a small kitchen which was well equipped! The hotel looks relatively new and although the area is not the best, it is only a short walk downtown.

The floors in the bedroom still had dirt and old tissues on them!

My friend requested a set of towels because she had accidentally dropped them on the floor but the staff was uncooperative and would not replace the towels for her.

Excellent location near the port and Le Panier district. Helpful receptionist at check-in. Room had a small kitchenette, bathroom essentials provided, and a safe. Close to train station and within walking distance of key attractions. Ideal for exploring the city.
